You must not share your account credentials with any other person. Any activity conducted through your account — whether or not authorised by you — is your responsibility. Bett22 will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised access where you have shared your credentials, failed to secure your device, or used a shared device.

If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact bett22 support immediately. We will investigate and, where appropriate, suspend access while the matter is reviewed.

You are responsible for keeping your contact details up to date. Bett22 communicates important account information — including security notices, withdrawal confirmations, and policy updates — through the email address and mobile number registered to your account.

4Deposits & Payments

• All bets are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended after submission except where a Cash Out option is available and exercised before the relevant market closes.
• Bett22 reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market that was affected by a technical error, incorrect odds publication, or verified match-fixing concerns. Stakes for voided bets are returned in full.
• In the event of a match abandonment, suspended play, or result reversal by the official governing body, settlement follows the rules specific to the sport and market type. • Live in-play bets are accepted subject to real-time availability. During brief suspension periods — such as the interval between deliveries in ball-by-ball cricket markets — new bets may be temporarily suspended. Bets submitted during a suspension period are not accepted.

8Casino & Games

All casino games, slots, live casino tables, fish games, and bingo rooms available on bett22 operate using certified random number generation (RNG) systems. Game outcomes are statistically independent — previous results have no influence on future results in any RNG-based game.

Members may request account closure at any time by contacting support. Active bonus balances subject to unfulfilled wagering requirements are forfeited upon voluntary account closure. Real-money balances will be returned to the verified payment method on file.

13Limitation of Liability
